These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LanguageMaster.org (the "Service"), operated by LanguageMaster.org ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to create an account.
Paid plans (PRO and Platinum) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through PayPal, in accordance with the price and billing cycle shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to: share your account with others beyond the device limits described in our systems; copy, redistribute, or resell any content from the Service; attempt to circumvent access controls or payment requirements; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
All content on the Service — including books, audio, flashcards, grammar lessons, printables, and software — is owned by LanguageMaster.org or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access this content for personal, non-commercial use only.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome or level of fluency. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and accurate, but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LanguageMaster.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
